Use of a correspondence courses does
not, alone, constitute a school under compulsory
school attendance laws. 1984 Op Atty Gen, No 84-12. p. 42. Anyone using
the correspondence curriculum (The curriculum work that has to be sent back in
to the curriculum supplier, should reconsider using that curriculum. A

curriculum. (We highly suggest
you use the in home curriculum that you do not have to send any curriculum
information back to any company!) If you choose to use a correspondence
curriculum, you must use it in conjunction with other well
documented curriculum in all mandated subjects, in order to be
compliant with SC Code of law Section 59-65-47, due to the 1984 Op Atty Gen, No 84-12. p. 42.
